"The Sun Will Shine Again" is an accessible work that is meant to portray calmness and a feeling of hope to the listener. I initially wrote this piece for piano as a work to relieve my own anxiety, as a way to tell myself that everything will be okay and that the clouds will soon roll away.
"The Sun Will Shine Again" was originally commissioned by the Forage & Flourish Contemporary Music Festival for the Community Music Project, with support from the Fulton County (GA) Virtual Arts Initiative and the City of Alpharetta (GA) - a big thank you to Nathan Hudson for having me be part of this project.
